Nestled amidst a picturesque garden of citrus and olive trees, Athina is a delightful retreat in the Thasos Region that I recently had the pleasure of exploring with my family. Our sea view room was spacious and beautifully simply decorated, with a private balcony that offered stunning vistas of the Aegean-perfect for savouring a morning coffee. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi and nearby taverns that made dining out exceptionally convenient, giving us a taste of local flavours with little fuss. With Paradise Beach just a few short kilometres away, we indulged in lazy afternoons by the shimmering waters. The serene atmosphere made it ideal for family stays, allowing us to unwind after our daily adventures. Athina strikes a commendable balance between comfort and charm, ideal for couples or families looking for a cultural getaway without breaking the bank. It's a gem I'd recommend to any fellow travellers seeking a blend of relaxation and exploration.
